The project aims to set up a Collaboration Centre in Hanoi (Vietnam) focused on education, research and technology transfer activities in the field of Satellite Navigation. Mission of the Centre will be to foster the collaboration between European and South East Asian Institutions involved in activies related to Global Navigation Satellite Systems.
The project is co-funded by the Seventh Research Framework Programme of the European Commission in the Galileo-2007-I call managed by GSA.
